1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use the Service.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity that occurs through your account.
• Notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You must not create an account using false information or impersonate another person.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use racketbro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users.
• Submit or distribute content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service without permission.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

We may restrict or suspend access if we reasonably believe the Service is being misused or these Terms have been violated.

3. Sessions, Matches, and Payments

Information about sessions, matches, bookings, fees, and any applicable cancellation or refund conditions will be shown through the Service where relevant.

Payments for racketbro services may be processed through Razorpay, our third-party payment service provider. When you make a payment through Razorpay, your payment details are processed by Razorpay in accordance with its applicable terms, conditions, and privacy policy.

Techinorm does not store your full card or bank account details when those details are entered directly through Razorpay's payment checkout.

By making a payment through Razorpay, you also agree to the applicable terms and policies of Razorpay.

Clubs, venues, coaches, organisers, and other third-party operators may be responsible for the facilities, sessions, events, or services they provide through or in connection with racketbro.

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party clubs, venues, organisers, coaches, or other service providers, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, upload, or otherwise provide through racketbro.

By submitting content to the Service, you grant Techinorm a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

Where you choose to make content visible to other users, you understand that those users may be able to view it through the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

• Is accurate where accuracy is required.
• Does not violate applicable law.
• Does not infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Does not contain harmful, fraudulent, or malicious material.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

racketbro, including its software, design, branding, logos, graphics, text, and other content provided by Techinorm, is owned by Techinorm or its licensors.

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from any part of racketbro without our prior written permission.

6. Health and Safety

Sports and physical activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury.

You are responsible for deciding whether you are physically able and appropriately prepared to participate in any session, match, or activity arranged through racketbro.

You should follow applicable safety instructions and any rules provided by the relevant club, venue, organiser, or coach.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techinorm is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses arising from participation in sports or activities organised by third parties through the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to racketbro if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Misuse the Service.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Create a security or legal risk for the Service or other users.

You may stop using the Service and, where available, request deletion of your account at any time.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that are intended to continue after termination, including applicable payment obligations, intellectual property provisions, liability provisions, and dispute-related provisions.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

racketbro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Techinorm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to racketbro, our services, or applicable legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of racketbro will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to Techinorm, subject to applicable law.
